Joy has thirty plus years HR experience with a Fortune 500 Company. During her career, she held mid-level and executive level positions. Joy was instrumental in sourcing business & engineering disciplines for all divisions, and opening and staffing new dealerships. During her tenure, she held several national positions_ national recruiter for GM and National Training Instructor for GM-UAW. She holds many certifications, developed the Sexual Harassment program for global presentation. Before retirement, Joy was Director of Education and Training for 10,000 plus employees, with a staff of 28 trainers - providing Health, Safety, and employee development training. Joy has experience on Lead Teams for two U.S. Presidential candidates, Legislative Aide under then Governor Jimmy Carter. She was recipient of Honorary Tuskegee Airman and member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Alpha Delta Omega Chapter.
Joy splits her time between The USA and France.
